What we collect

When you request a sample or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, current website and the service you're interested in.

When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details, name, email and phone number to process the payment. We receive confirmation of the payment but never your full card or bank account number.

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To prepare your sample site, reply to you, provide the services you sign up for, send invoices and receipts, and keep your website running. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics), Web3Forms (delivers contact form messages to our email), Stripe (payments) and Google Workspace (our email). Each protects data under its own privacy and security policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for up to two years so we can follow up. Client and billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required by law to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just call or text (909) 784-5961 or email [email protected], and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS with strict security protections, and access to our business accounts is protected with two-step login. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
